Excellent Thrift Shop, my favorite one in Raleigh. The staff is always friendly and remembers you after you have been there a few time and look forward to seeing you. My type of place. Excellent prices. I take my kids there on a Saturday with $5, and they come out with 8-12 toys!

My elderly mother loves to come and shop but after today I don’t think we will ever come back. It’s over 100 degrees outside and it’s the same inside. This store was so hot my mom had to sit down before she fainted. I asked one of the employees was the ac broken and the reply was so shocking. That “ management is turning off the ac to save money” I can’t believe a company can take donations mark them up for resale and not afford to put on the ac during a heat wave

Pros: large store with variety of merchandise, and the employees are very very nice! Cons: my god the pricing!! Some items are very reasonable, others are absolutely WILD. I’ve never found a purse that wasn’t really overpriced, and $9.99 per dress is the highest of any thrift store in the city—even Durham rescue mission which is notoriously overpriced. I’d buy a lot more but it becomes price prohibitive. If you’d just have a normal and consistently reasonable pricing structure you’d sell more. You don’t have the market for eBay prices.

So I donate here but will never give to them again. You guys have a dress upfront that y’all For for free and are selling for 130.00 dollars? Are you kidding me?? Insane I will never give to you guys ever again. Whoever is pricing stuff needs to be fired. I’ve made up my mind today after rude service from the black cashier today and the price of the dress gave me sticker shock.. 😳 never again will y’all get My support. I hope over charging so many items is worth losing tons of donations and a bad review.

I scored some amazing 70’s vintage today. Lots of y2k, if you wanted it too. Prices were fair. Grab someone else’s old receipt, because you get the 20% coupon at the bottom of it. Every section has a decent amount in it. Big dressing rooms up front. Bathroom to the right of when you come in. Really friendly staff.
