Let me tell you. I live in Gilbert and had to pass a bunch of gun shops to get here. Jeff made it well worth my travels. He said he has 6 years at this location and I could tell immediately. He offered me the exact insite and research I had already done on both of my firearms. Infact he came within 2 dollars of my highest offer. Scott and his crew were great. I went in the store next door no one would even say hi. I walked out went next door totally different experience. I had my wife join me. The result over 2,500 spent on shotgun and a 38. I am amazed how many companies think simple client service does not matter. Not to these guys. They will be my go to shop going forward. I was just in the store at Northsite. One other customer three guys work in the counter one engaged in the conversation two talking about whatever was going on on the computer been looking for an 18 inch M1 A1 for a couple of weeks. It’s on the shelf, but nobody acknowledges that I’m standing there after about 8-9 minutes I just walk out. It’s sad when you can’t get people to take your money
