Today was my first visit to Nova Nails Spa since moving to the area. The salon itself was very clean, relaxing and had a ton of nail colors. Today I just needed a cut-down, fill, and a basic color. I requested to be seen by Tracy and was not disappointed. I am particular about my nails and also cut very easily, which has given me a few infections over the years until I find the right person. I explained my situation to Tracy and she was kind, very patient, and detailed. She did a beautiful job with my nails, was careful (no cuts!), and I am thrilled. I found my go-to salon and nail technician...yes! Thank you SO much Tracy, I’ll see you in a couple weeks! 😊

My nails 😭😭😭 I went to get tech gel filler for my nails, and the nail artist filed the excess of polygel under my nails with a machine, damaging my real nails 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 it took me so much time to get nice long nails and now they are all weak and fragile, on top of it, the attention to detail was very poor. I had such a high expectations because my personal nail artist is so excellent, but she left town so I tried this place. Bummer, the lady who did my nails has a beautiful soul and is super kind, but the quality of the nails wasn’t what I was expecting. Again, my nails 😭

The manicure service was clean and well done, including gentle removal of my previous gel mani. They were able to accommodate my schedule and gave great service in a little more than an hour (at my request for speed, as I had to go pick up the kids.) Love the results and will be back!

Had 1 hr between my child's classes and they took me as a walk in on a Wed night. Place seemed busy with customers which was a good sign. The stylist was nice and based on her nail color I went for a grey cats eye look. She did great! I forgot my Versa 4 watch that night there, the next day I called to get a fix on a nail and they immediately told me about my watch. I hadn't even noticed it was missing.. I recovered it next day and they also didn't charge me on fixing my natural broken nail. Overall.customer service and. Cleanliness is good.
