Great experience! I had a broken valve on my tire. And I was worried this place was an appointment only. Definitely “walk-in”any time. Had minutes of consultation and I brought my broken valve to show. The guy knew immediately where the problem was. It’s a quick fix but was done in a matter of 30 minutes. And filled up my tires without the extra charge! And reasonably priced for the labor. Glad to have my ride back without having to worry about any air leaking. Will definitely come back to fix my brakes!

This place is the best! They fixed my iScooter (i7X). My rear tire was flat and my tires are tubeless, and I had no idea how to fix it. The service was extremely professional, fast and affordable. Literally fixed my tire in 10 minutes!!! I highly recommend!

This is my second time visiting NYC Bike & Scooter. The first time was to fix a flat tire in the rear of my Gotrax and the second was for the front. The owner replaced them both with solid tires. All I can say is that he is a fast and efficient worker and I highly recommend them if you need repairs for e-bikes or e-scooters

This place was a lifesaver! It is one of the few in the city open past 6pm. I was riding around Central Park, but after my Tern foldable back bike tire kept deflating I started calling bike shops to get it fixed. That’s when I realized most of the bike shops were already closed. NYC Bike and Scooter shop fixed the tire in front of me. It took 10 minutes and they also had an extra inner tube and a patch kit for sale. I was going to ride the Five Borough Bike Tour the next day and thanks to Sal and Pedro I actually am!!!

Worst shop ever. Went inside there was this man just sprinting around. Asked him for an electric scooter, points to a 900 dollar one and just runs out. The other dude there also not helpful so I left. Not good service.
