Absolutely beautiful place and personally in my opinion one of the staple places to go in Atlanta in Maple Park it has wonderful used and hosts tonsil offense and I've been to a number of different concerts there they also always keep the grass sodded and clean. It's also surrounded but nice clean walking trail

Running the hills at Piedmont Park was a nice Sunday workout. The tree lined trails helped to keep it cool in the 90 degree weather. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar and grill. Very beautiful scenery.

The Atlanta Jazz Festival in Piedmont Park was excellent on the first day (09/05). It ends on September 06 (Monday), so get there early because parking is an issue. My Wife and I were near the Oak Hill stage and was able to view/listen to several bands. So bring your lawn chairs & blankets and enjoy a FREE concert in the park.
