Why didn’t the employees know basic knowledge that some self serve stuff can only be done on their website? I mean generally a lot of answers can be found navigating on the main website- an average person can pull out their phone or whatever computer they have and search their own company website? They just say they dunno and ignore me. Also, I tell them their WIFI wasn’t connecting for me; she looks at me and walks away. The weirdest customer service. Also had trouble ordering online, choosing a binding for a set of documents wasn’t obvious the first time I ordered. I called Office Depot main line but was easier to just cancel and re-order. Had to call again to reapply discount code- initially they were like they couldn’t on their end but then they said they sent a request and apologized the guy before him didn’t give me a cancellation ticket but this guy didn’t give me one either? Then he said wait for a survey but hung up anyway? Oh well.

As you can see there are a lot of 1 star reviews for this location. Copy and print person Alek was very unprofessional and rude. I needed to get an order done with a rush fee he gave me a time to pick up and I was leaving and he told me oh you need to pay first when that’s absolutely not a policy. I was a manger at Office Depot and I was recently in that same location doing the same print job and I didn’t have any issue and I paid when I picked up the Order. Then I asked him and he said oh we choose which orders we ant to have pay or not interesting oh and tried to have security called on me as well. I absolutely hate this location i will continue to go to the MLK and work with Mary Glenda where I know the customer service is better.

Terrible customer service in print center. Clerk pushed me toward self-serve printers after explaining I needed full color printing for a professional table display. My files had crop and bleed marks that I would be self-trimming. Thirteen pages on card-stock and clerk was like "yeah yeah just print over there." He knew what I needed and not only refused, but mislead me in order to not have to print. He knew the quality would not be the same. I tried one test page and the blue came out green. He then said "yeah that machine is bad on cyan." Told me to try another. Same test page. Same green instead of blue. What a joke. I go to the Office Depot on Sunnyside all the time and get high quality printing from behind the counter. Will never come back to this location.

We needed a quick turn in some printing for my daughter’s wedding. Alek and Jolonda both went above and beyond. Enthusiastic 5 stars!

Curbside pickup and online ordering options support groups who cannot all gather at the same physical location, enabling parts of the group to prepare in advance or fetch items separately without confusion. Services such as tech trade-in and recycling appeal to groups focused on upgrading or sustainability goals, providing multiple value points during one visit. This service flexibility helps minimize scheduling conflicts and logistical headaches, fostering a seamless, shared experience that respects each member’s time and preferences.

How do the Store Hours at Office Depot support group meetups? Most Office Depot locations maintain extended hours that accommodate a wide range of schedules, frequently opening early in the morning and closing late in the evening during weekdays and weekends. This flexibility is invaluable for groups who might meet after work, school, or other commitments, allowing everyone to participate fully without rushing or missing out. The consistent open hours also help plan longer sessions, ensuring groups can complete multiple tasks like shopping, printing, and shipping in one visit. This is especially useful for last-minute projects or event preparations that require rapid turnaround. The convenience of these hours removes a common barrier to group meetups—the difficulty of finding venues open at suitable times—making Office Depot a reliable and accessible choice for diverse groups.
