Today around noon at the print shop, I encountered an employee named Erin who seemed flustered and less than eager to assist her customers. In contrast, my previous experience with Jo highlighted the difference that excellent customer service can make. As mentioned in my last review, Jo exemplifies amazing customer service. Unfortunately, Erin's attitude and lack of enthusiasm made me leave the store without wanting to shop there again. However, based on my positive experience with Jo, I’m willing to give it another try. I just urge everyone to avoid visiting on Wednesdays while Erin is working.
