I absolutely love this yoga studio! The classes are great and Anne Marie is a wonderful person. Natalia's classes are excellent for working on flexibility and the aerial yoga classes are so much fun (thanks to Amber's constant smile). But the best part about this studio is the connection you make with classmates and instructors. I'm new to the city and coming to this studio has been an incredible experience. ♥️♥️♥️

onlYoga has been a true home where I can grow. They offer a unique variety of classes and workshops that can work for anyone, at any stage on their path. Dharma yoga can be especially hard to find, and I was happy to reconnect with it here. In short I highly recommend Anne Marie’s classes but personally have not had a good experience with Natalia - I like how the practice is more traditional and the space looks clean and smells nice comparing to heated studios - which almost has a sweaty smell to me. I think Anne Marie is a great, patient instructor and I would like to keep attending her class. Meanwhile I am not very likely to attend Natalia’s class again as I had a negative experience. I walked in 1 min late because it’s my first class here and I miscalculated the transit time, and if she decided to not let me in it would be fine for me. She did open the door for me which I appreciate, but she immediately asked to me keep quiet in a way that sounds a bit irritated, and then towards the end of the session she stared directly at me and said she would not open the door for late people again because it disturbs people. And she sounded very irritated again. And while I agreed partially and was feeling guilty about being late, it does not sit right with me. There’s a white person who’s late too if I heard correctly, and she’s sitting there too, but Natalia was only directly looking at me. Also I was only 1 min late but it looked like the session started for a while, so I wondered if she started early. Lastly while I will do my best to be on time, life happens, and it was also my first class and I’m not familiar with the route. We should be more compassionate and watch our energy especially since yoga can be a spiritual activity as well. I immediately asked myself if I felt comfortable attending her sessions again and my body is saying no. Also she did not try to correct anyone and just kept going, and I think it’s very obviously that some of us are doing it wrong. In similar situations I got corrections from Anne Marie.
