I am incredibly grateful for the time that my son spent at Open Space (OS). The engagement at OS far exceeded my expectations. You can feel the love and care in the air as soon as you walk into the building. The amount of respect that they show to each child is incredible and truly uplifting. I believe that my son's development soared because of this. In the year and a half that we were at OS, they built a strong team of directors in the front office. They are the first to greet you at pick up/drop off and make themselves available to address any concerns you have in a timely manner. They have even remained in contact with us and supported us after we left. I love the tight-knit community at OS. Everyone on staff knows every student by name and they all lead with joy and positive energy. OS truly does not get enough credit or recognition.

We've been with Open Space for the past month and we all love it so much! We've only had very positive interactions with the director, teachers, and administrative staff. It's clear they care very much about the little ones they are taking care of and teaching. Having come from another care center where my son didn't want to get dropped off, it's been such a treat to see him leap out of our arms so he can spend time with his friends and teachers (the teachers are amazing btw). The location is very clean, fun, and secure. I appreciate all the protocols they have in place and feel super comfortable leaving my toddler there. They also do lots of pictures and videos on bright wheel throughout the day, so it feels like we really know what our son's day looks like!

My son, currently 6 months old, has gone to Open Space since he was 3 months, and we absolutely love the care he is receiving. His teachers are thoughtful and come up with lots of fun enrichment, even for the infants. We've even asked them about how we might replicate their naptime success! All levels of leadership put great amounts of effort into the care of all the children at the center, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Open Space to others.

Written from the perspective of a parent and a former educator with a Masters degree in Education. My daughter has been at Open Space since the day they reopened from COVID. In those 4+ years I've seen the most caring, empathetic family of professionals I could ever hope to surround my little girl with. She's moved through all the levels at the school and I never doubted that she would feel loved and comfortable every step of the way. She's bonded with all of her teachers and made wonderful friends along the way. Just as important, she has learned so many incredible skills and developed a true joy for school and learning. Open Space communicates with parents incredibly well, hold tons of fun events for the families to get to know one another, and cultivates a positive learning environment for all ages. Her time at Open Space will be ending soon as she transitions to 'big kid school', but I will always consider the team there a part of our family. We looked at other places in the area. Some felt disorganized, some felt impersonal, and some felt like an office disguised as a daycare. Open Space lives up to its name: A wonderful place for kids to explore the vast world around. them. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10, would recommend.
