So for my nail appointment, I had Lisa. She was so sweet, understood what I was looking for during my appointment and took her time trying to perfect it. Lisa is the nail tech who I will definitely be choosing each time I book an appointment. I was having trouble deciding between three inspiration designs and I let Lisa choose on what would suit me best which was incredible at the end. It’s such a clean and professional establishment. Every single nail tech there is extremely talented! This is definitely the place to go to if you are looking for an affordable, well designed, and long lasting nails.

I've been here once before for a regular pedicure and that turned out okay. But today, I had my gel nails removed and a regular manicure after. My nails turned out uneven, SUPER CLUMPY, and with tons of mini air bubbles on several of the nails. I had to ask my nail tech to redo a few of my nails and she only redid one as she said if she put another coat over the other one, "it would take too long". The nail polish looked thick and sticky coming from the bottle, so it probably was kind of dry to begin with. By the time she was done, that was when I saw the mini air bubbles and uneveness so it was a little late to change the color at that point. It also was supposed to have an 8 minute hot stone massage. The massage was very weak-- she rubbed a hot stone on my hand and up and down my arm a few times. She "massaged" my arms, but the pressure was very weak and there was no timer, so I'm not sure if I did get the full 8 min. The quality of the nail polish was not good and the finished manicure was upsetting for the price I paid. Maybe my experience was a one-off as the store was full of people. But, I was so unhappy with the service I would not come back here for a regular manicure.
