No bathroom, no dressing room, no returns or exchanges, and tries to sell crap like unusable jeans with the hole in the crotch for $12? No thank you. Their “dressing room” is a curtain in the corner of the main shopping area. Not sure who’s comfortable w a curtain between you and a bunch of strangers.

I love Out of the Closet Hillcrest!!! Wonderful location, great selection of clothes, kind employees like Sid/Syd who always says hi to my dog and gives him treats. They have plenty of parking, and it’s cool that they do discount days sometimes as well as loyalty points. They even threw a party a few weeks back with free hot dogs and ice cream. I do wish they had a fitting room though! They had one but took it down. Please bring it back, otherwise this is the perfect thrift store and a great cause! Please support them and check OOTC out!

The drop off for donations says 10am, you have to call the store almost every time to get them to open the back to donate. I arrived at 10:10 and called. Then the associate said they were just touching base right now. It is 10 min of me waiting for them to open the back door.
