I would give it 5 stars because I love their food, but at this location, two out of the last three times I dined there, their great fries were cold. On this trip I figured out why. The guy frying them filled up the bags with his latest batch, bagged them up, and let them sit there. My fries had been sitting there for about ten minutes before I got them. The Kyle location doesn't do that. I'll never stop eating at PTs. Food is great at McDonald's kind of pricing. When hot, they are the best fast food fries on the planet, hear that, McDonald's?

So I place an order and it says it will be ready in five minutes. Cool. Well it was New Year's and I guess everyone wanted P Terry's so I was met with an hour and thirty minute wait. I should have known that this place wouldn't be honest with wait times like Domino's is, but I assumed they had the rush under control. I was shocked by how nobody was getting their orders. In the whole time I was there, hardly anybody got an order yet there were so many brown bags sitting around. I kept to my sink cost a bit too strongly and I finally get my order to yet another kicker - it's the wrong order and it is cold. They totally gave me someone else's burger and assumed I would be happy with a regular burger. I love the food and the hours here, but why not cancel orders or give refunds or something. Anything than making people wait over an hour and dumping leftover cold food at everyone once they are closed. It still upsets me to this day which sucks because this used to be my late night spot.

I wanted to let everyone know about my first experience here. I came to P-Terry’s for the first time today. The Jubal show had announced in the morning on my way to work yesterday, that they were going to donate everything on Thursday July 10 to the Austin Disaster relief to help people affected by the flood. Well I used GPS and entered mid-line because that was that was the entrance that I saw. It was packed and I only had a few minutes to get to work but a Tall Black Gentleman came and assisted me and squeezed me in. He gave me amazing customer service. So one of my jobs is customer service so I know how important it is for a Company to have a great face when assisting new customers. Thanks to this man and your good food I will be coming back to this location more often. Thankyou!
