IGrew up skating in San Diego Visiting from Coeur D'Alene and always wanted to skate this pump track. Went to the track/park with my wife and daughter. The staff locked it with a sign saying closed for rain. So I went to the office and asked to open it as it was dry and sunny. The supervisor sent a staff member to check for water There were 2 12 inch puddles on both tracks. The staff member said she would get a broom and it would be dry soon. She came back without the broom and said the small puddles were a safety issue and she would not unlock it. She stated she was protecting the city and it was her job to keep everyone safe.
