The salon is super cute and the staff are all very friendly and kind. I like that the pricing and service options are all clearly listed on the website. The appointments themselves feel rushed and lack attention to detail (filing, clean up, etc). I was particularly disappointed when I came to get my nails done for my wedding. The Dazzle Dry selection was very limited and I had a hair in the polish of one nail. I pointed it out to the tech and she tried to buff it out but it did not fix it. I left with 3 hairs on one nail, lifting, and air bubbles. I came with a group that day and some of the other people had imperfections too like dents or rough edges.

I cannot express how much I love and adore this salon and their staff!!!! I’ve been getting Gel-X since November 2023 and I’m switching to regular gel with a quickie overlay (hopefully) from here on out. Little backstory… I had a really bad allergic reaction to gel a few years ago and was terrified of nail salons after that. Clearly, that has changed. I decided to give Paint a try and now, I cannot imagine what my nails would look like and be without them. I’ve only ever seen Whitley for my nails at Paint, and there are not enough words to express how thankful and grateful I am for her careful diligence, focus, detail, and TALENT. She has absolutely transformed my nails and I so WISH I had a before photo to show. However, I do have a photo of the current state of my nails(shown below). I initially came in with what I thought were Psoriasis grooves in my nails and the shortest nails you’ve ever seen(because of anxious nail biting). Now, fast forwarding to today, these grooves are completely gone, my nail length and durability is the best it has ever been, and I haven’t had any reactions since coming here. Whitley is an incredible listener and truly takes the best care of my nails every time I come. I made her aware of my past reaction and she made sure to be extra careful with the gel and has been every time since I started coming in November. The receptionists and other techs are so BEYOND friendly. It truly feels like a girls day out every time I go to Paint. Whitley is an incredible nail artist and is willing to tackle whatever designs I throw at her. I truly am obsessed with my nails now, artificial and natural. I seriously show everyone I know every single time I get a new set. There are several pictures of the work she has done on my nails attached below. THANK YOU PAINT!!!
