My bike fell and my rear derailer was making a squeaky sound while pedaling. I went after work and Paisano checked out the problem. He had the right tools to fix the issue in 5 minutes and my shifting is smoother than before. He even added oil to the cassette. His price was fair and I even got to fill my tires with an automatic air pump. (I was able to pay with Google Pay!) I'm glad this local bike shop exists in South Los Angeles. I was happy to return to riding my bike after leaving the shop. I definitely recommend anyone who needs bicycle parts/service to visit this bike shop. I've been to other "cool, trending" shops only to be ignored of service. This bicycle shop also has two different bus stops just across the street!!! Definitely bringing my business back to Paisano's.

I just came here for the first time and it very quickly became one of my favorite bike shops. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and definitely make this shop worth being your first stop for bicycle needs. I came in with an unusual problem with my bike that many other shops told me that they simply couldn't help. While that is a fair response considering the issue, the staff here at Paisano's gave my problem extra consideration that several other shops did not give (I visit lots of shops) and actually went above and beyond to offer a unique, practical, affordable solution and detailed despite the fact they wouldn't make money off of it because it would be done by welding which this store doesn't do. That kind of attention and ingenuity spoke volumes to me as a constant bike shop frequenter. Also the shop is very well stocked with a variety of accessories and bike component options, which was another unique quality about this shop in my opinion as many others had minimal stock that offered fewer solutions for the bike hobbyist. From witnessing other customer interactions in the store in my one trip you could tell that many other people had a great relationship with the shop and that they frequented it often. The cat- in the shop. If you don't like cats, the good thing is she doesn't approach you. If you're like me and love cats then this shop has a very friendly mascot that will quickly make friends with you and complain if you stop petting her. If you're waiting for your bike repairs to come through this is a great little bonus! All in all, the service here was quick-thorough, they do excellent work and it's a great place to take your bike to! Edit: I don't live near this shop and there are closer options to me, but I would suggest trying this place first even if it isn't close!
