Wow, what to say about this place. As a lifelong skateboarder in the Chicago area, we needed a spot like this. Winter comes and it essentially puts your skateboarding on hold until Spring. It's such a bummer and honestly holds back the skateboarding community as a whole from growing. Enter the Skate Bunker. It's not huge but man, is it fun. It's got some small ledges, a mini ramp, mini mini ramp, a bank, and transition. I've spent hours here and had a blast. Greg and his wife are super nice and welcoming. People here are really friendly and the environment is low key. I know they do classes as well for kids getting into skateboarding which puts them top of my list. Overall, just a great spot in Chicago that was needed. Kudos to Greg and company for making it a reality.
