The hotel was nice but I wasn't aware of the $100 hold for each room that you already paid for until we got to the hotel. Some of the rooms also have a $15 credit that they "Give" you to use towards the store or restaurant that they have in the hotel, just to deduct the $15 if you use from the $100 deposit. I don't like hidden fees, especially after you've already paid for your room. I was also hard to get a hold of a live person on the phone before we arrived to Florida. I will say they let us check in early and the staff were nice. Very clean hotel.

Pro: The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious, the balcony was private and offered a city view. The staff was friendly and helpful, shout-out to David (happily changed our room after request without issue) and Fernando (great & friendly bartender). The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre and next to a restaurant within walking distance. Con: The hotel is going through an obvious renovation, the elevator took forever and their Continental breakfast (apple, orange, stale looking bread, water down eggs and dried up sausage) was completely unappetizing and definitely NOT worth the $15 charge and note, you have to pay an extra $6 for bacon!!
