Arrived today around 12:15, without a reservation, and were promptly and courteously seated. My better half and I got a gorgeous little half-round booth, and the service was absolutely excellent. We were seated by the general manager, who told us a little about the building on the way to the table. The brunch menu was limited, and fantastic. I love to see a small, well-curated menu, and this was it. The French toast bread pudding was to die for, and be hungry if you order the burrito. The food was brought out by the general manager, and everything was absolutely perfect. From presentation to taste- it was a great brunch experience.

Tucked in at the ground level of the new Populus Hotel designed by architect Jeanne Gang, Pasque is a delight to all of the senses. Well-crafted cocktails and exceptionally intriguing appetizers which are only surpassed by their beautiful presentation. Highly recommend the tuna crudo and lamb tar tar. Brunch items are far above par as well. Can’t wait to try the entrees. With exceptional service and a delightful staff in a beautifully designed atmosphere, we plan to return often. Five stars plus for all occasions.

A group of 8 of us went for a celebration dinner, and it was delicious! The service was great, and the food was phenomenal. I’m still dreaming about the panna cotta. They are very allergen friendly.

Came here for brunch (I believe it’s available Friday-Sunday) and absolutely loved the experience! We made a reservation just in case but there were tables open so you may not have needed it. We were greeted with friendly staff and seated immediately. Loved the vibe and learning about the Populus hotel from the bartender! Ok so the food. We ordered some coffee, got the Citrus cured salmon wild toast, and the French Toast bread pudding. Then we saw the table next to us order the Savory Beignets, and decided to give it a try - it actually might’ve been our favorite thing we ordered! The only complaint was that we waited a while until the food came out. They didn’t seem that busy so was surprised it took a lot longer than expected. Would definitely go back to give it another try though!
