A Truly Disappointing Experience at Pedal Pushing Bicycle Shop! I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Pedal Pushing Bicycle Shop, and frankly, I'd give them zero stars if I could. I specifically drove my modbike with sidecar all the way here because they had previously done a great job tightening and rebalancing the sidecar, even keeping it overnight for the repair. This time, the modbike company was covering the cost for a brake pad replacement and bleed. After days of planning and numerous phone calls where the shop told me to just drop off the bike, I arrived today only to be refused service. The same mechanic who worked on my bike last time told me he could only do the repair if I removed the sidecar because he couldn't keep it overnight. This makes absolutely no sense to me, as he kept it overnight with the sidecar attached during my last visit! Now, after all that effort and wasted time, I'm left scrambling to find another shop willing to repair my bike. This is unacceptable and incredibly inconvenient. Their inconsistency and lack of communication are truly infuriating.

Absolutely amazing place. Can't recommend it enough. We dropped in 5m before closing (after calling in to check if that's ok), and they stayed an extra half hour after closing to set me up with a new bike. The one I wanted wasn't available so they just built one for me right then and there. The service is exemplary -- you can tell they care about their customers as much as they care about the bikes. And it's a lot. I got a bunch of super useful info on bike maintenance too. The prices are entirely reasonable; you're usually getting a bargain given their service and friendliness. Loved my experience here and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. At least to drop in and check if you're not sure about what you want.
