We ordered the garlic and regular chicken to share as well as some drinks. They have an electronic pad that you can order food from as well as call your server to get you anything else you may need. I’m not sure how to even start this review but I’ve never encountered this level of pettiness from a restaurant. We ordered the 18 BONE in original wings half with sauce and half plain. We paid $2 to have the original sauce on the side since it seems like you can’t choose two sauce in an order. Whatever. We pick up the order in the rain(walked about 10 min) to find out they not only did not include the sauce but also our entire order was boneless wings. We called to see how they can correct the error and they wanted us to come IN PERSON in the rain to get a refund for the missing sauce?!? I said we would like a refund for the entire order and they said no so we said we would bring the food back IN THE RAIN and we would like a fresh new order. Don’t get me wrong the boneless wings were good but it was not what we ordered. I asked if we could keep the food since we ate from it and they said no and to “worry about the order that they are remaking and he will worry about the mess up order) and threw away the food in front of me. I felt disrespected as I hate to see food go to waste. Whatever. The food comes out and the cashier reassured me that he made sure the order was correct and we left. We get home and they gave us all 18 flat wings, not a single drumstick 🍗

Be careful! This restaurant Will auto charge you tips, then ask you to pay extra tips for the whole order ( food+tax+tips) again! See pictures. Seriously? This is a fried chicken restaurant, no any service, they even don't provide water to customer and customer have to self service when ordering food. Asking custom pay twice tips??? Never go to this restaurant again. Definitely won't recommend this restaurant
