I really enjoyed my time with PHP. They were so helpful and taught me how to get that job that I want. The whole program is amazing and I strongly recommend it to anyone who would benefit from their workshops and help.

The communication sucks they don't treat you fairly they expect you to attend workshops when I have 3 kids with disabilities that I can't drop everything to not care for my kids while I attend these workshops they need to do workshops during the day so people with kids can attend more when my kids aren't with me so I can actually focus on the workshops but I can't focus on workshops when I have my kids they closed my case because I couldn't attend these work shops that aren't even helpful. I will not ever refer this program to anyone because they don't care about there clients at all. To get back on the wait list for phase two they told me I need to jump through all these hoops and they took me off the wait list because I couldn't go to these workshops but all I was told was that I should go to workshops I am available to go to while I am on the wait list never was told to I had to attend them all like they said I needed to. Don't use this program if you have kids with disabilities they don't care you will need to attend these workshops no matter what even if you cant Update people helping people contacted me told me the only way I can use there services is to do a bunch of hoops to get back in when I never received text from them like they said I did they don't care I told them they can't treat me like this but said what ever and was told I can't talk to them like that we'll I emailed them and it took them a month to even get back to me honestly told them it shouldn't have took them a month to get back to me and they told me not to say that why I can't tell them the truth who knows. PLEASE DONT USE THIS PROGRAM IF YOU CANT PUT IN 200 % THEY WANT YOU TO DO ALL WORKSHOPS EVEN IF YOU CANT DO NIGHT TIME WORK SHOPS.

UPDATE on last update: I WAS excited to start phase 2 , and then told I needed to wait 2 weeks. Then told 4 weeks. Now 5 weeks later they seemed surprised to hear from me when I checked in inquiring about when I would be able to start. I never received a clear answer or timeline. So here I am waiting …. again. Very disappointed. I was interested in a couple jobs at the job fair they hosted ( which was great , and I’m grateful for that opportunity) however, I needed the specific resume help phase 2 would offer me in order to apply. Not generic resume help - very specific tailored help - and it was heartbreaking to see those job posting expire. Yes, I could have applied on my own, but made the choice not to over concern that sending in a “not good enough“ resume could ruin my chance for possible future job openings within same companies. I will update again as things progress. My goal is to give you, the reader, an honest authentic , detailed review. :-) Stay tuned! UPDATE - The communication concern has improved 100% and I am excited to begin Phase 2 of the coaching program. Definitely worth a try if you are needing more income or a career change or need help with the entire job search process. They can offer guidance - but of course, you need to put in the work and be engaged. My frustration comes from my experience that they are a bit disorganized. I feel i’m constantly needing to call them and remind them when they drop the ball with me. This program has the potential to be so much better though , and I hope it can get there.
