It's located inside UT and you expect it to be student friendly right? It looks like this place has 1 power outlet to almost 50 chairs (in lv 2,3, 6). In busy times like exams, its extremely difficult to find a proper place with charging facility. The seating and comfort is good tho.

The ground level floor is nice and has some private rooms. All the other floors are run down and depressing to study in. Definitely much better places to study at during the day while on campus. But this place gets the job done and is open later than most building s on campus.

Libraries are always nice simply by virtue of being libraries, and university libraries are especially good most of the time. This one, where I'm currently typing this review, does not disappoint. It's nice and quiet here on the sixth floor, and there are plenty of both books and places to sit. There's also a pretty decent view out the windows, though it could be better because it's partially obscured by what I assume are suicide nets.
