Very respectable prices, especially on pre-owned. Good stock and selection for pre-owned/new. Service was lack luster at best, no friendly faces or conversations from any 5 of the associates I interacted with. They were helpful when prompted but no rush, or seeming desire to not waste your time. Honestly seems like everyone working is on their 16 hour of the shift.

Went in to buy a new shaft for my driver. Was talked to like a 30 handicap trying to buy clubs at Walmart. Kid behind the counter repairing clubs, 10:00 a.m. on 7/3/25 was more than inconvenienced to remotely assist, and beyond condescending. Was then told the bays might be availableif i was interested in buying a club. I guess theres no interest in selling $300 shafts when your pushing $700 clubs. Ended up getting assistance from one of the kids working the bays, really polite, but completely unfamiliar w fitting clubs, inventory, prices, etc....literally may have been his first day. This isn't my first like experience w PGA SS, but I aim to make it my last.

PGA superstore in Austin is fantastic. I went in on a Saturday to get a few of my clubs regripped and Antonio did a fantastic job. Finished in 30 minutes and had me on my way. I always go to PGA superstore for all my golf needs.

My wife waited TWO hours after she was told someone would be with her in about 15 minutes. She was the first in the door. Employees did not help or acknowledge her, yet helped 12 other people, all dudes. Eventually she was able to get someone's attention to help her, they had simply assumed she was there with some dude. She's a state champion golfer and when she finally got help with her lie, they told her that her swing was better than 90% of people that come through. If you want piss poor customer service and enjoy the frat bro culture, than this is the store for you I guess. Honestly embarrassing. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend with this store. Go elsewhere for your golf needs.

Extremely rude staff, especially club repair staff. I went in on my birthday to get 6 clubs regripped and to buy a DF3 lab putter. I went to the counter, and the guy, visibly irritated, said they couldn’t finish them today. This was a Saturday, I told him I had a tee time on Tuesday and can they have them done by then, to which he replied “ I don’t know “ 🤷‍♂️ with a smart little smirk. I said “is that a yes or no?” And he said “there are 6 people ahead of you, don’t think we can do it” You can’t do 6 clubs in 4 days??? Even if you have 6 entire sets, that doesn’t take that long. They clearly just didn’t want to do it and hated the fact that it’s a busy sunny Saturday and golf season is back. Y’all should find another job where you’re less miserable! I’ll go buy a LAB somewhere else.
