This place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently signed up for the yearly membership and it is the best value I can find in Chicago. Not only do you get free practice sessions everyday, but also a free lesson, a free fitting and much more. If you’re someone who is trying to improve your game, look into getting the membership, it’s definitely worth it.

I absolutely love PGA super stores in general not just because it’s like a playground for golf lovers but also because the staff! From the front desk to golf teachers to product specialists, they are always down to earth decent people! I have never ever been hard sold anything at any PGA superstore. On contrary they always do their best to not sell something you don’t need! It was like that when I bought my first beginner set, then again when I bought my advanced set and again just the other I walked in with full intention to buy a 60, or 62 degree wedge. I described why I needed the club to the salesperson (my 56 isn’t enough around green) and he just took me to the practice and showed me how to use the 56 degree wedge for that purpose, and convinced me that I don’t need a club with that much loft at my game level. He could have easily sold me a $170 club but he chose to be a friend rather than a salesman. This attitude is exactly why I buy all my gear and take all my lessons at PGA superstore than anywhere else.

My wife and I have both had fittings there, good experiences with both Danny and Jason. We're both very happy with the clubs we ended up purchasing. I did an iron fitting and then also had 3 more wedges fitted that rounded out the new iron choices. The gapping consistency I've seen so far on the simulator with the irons and wedges pairing dialed in has been nice.

I was pretty excited to go out of my way to shop at the PGA Superstore for clubs and golf shoes. It was a disappointing experience. Lots of salesmen walking and standing around and not one of them offered any help. I tried flagging one of them help with the cIubs but was ignored. I did pick out shoes after waiting on myself, went up to the cash stand and that salesman asked who was helping me? I gave a hearty laugh and said no one helped me. And there were lots of salesmen on duty that day just chitchatting with each other. Really disappointing, I won't go out of my way to return to your store.
