Disappointing Experience with Reception – Needs Immediate Attention I have been bringing my daughter, a CAA championship in singles and doubles, to Phoenix Tennis Center for the past two to three years, and we have always appreciated the excellent facilities. However, for the first time, I experienced a highly unprofessional and disappointing interaction at the reception. A staff member abruptly informed me that I could not use the court without payment and that I was carrying too many balls. While I fully respect the facility’s policies and have no issue paying the small fee, the manner in which this was communicated was rude, unnecessary, and lacked basic courtesy—especially considering that my daughter had a championship match within hours. Instead of a professional approach, the repeated threats of removal created an unpleasant and hostile environment, which is not in line with the values of tennis as a gentleman’s sport. Parents travel 40-50 miles to o that dedicated families like ours continue to support and promote this wonderful center. Would love to see a change in approach.

We are brand new to tennis, but love it here! Everyone is so friendly and the courts are kept in nice condition. It is so easy to reserve them online. I love that feature so that we don’t have to wait for a court to open up at a park or other tennis court. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to play!
