Called ahead, asked if they were taking any bikes in - worker on the phone said yes we can take a look at it - asked if there were any stipulations since I was bringing in a road bike and the Oceanside store was only taking in beach cruisers. Employee stated “yes we are taking in all bikes - road bikes mountain bikes kids bikes” - drove all the way down from Oceanside just to be told that they in fact are not taking in any road bikes. Waste of time and gas

The staff and owner are the most unhelpful rude lazy it shows why the place is constantly empty ! He hires ignorant kids that have no customer service skills. Here is what took place today and this is not the first time either ! He has again kids sitting up front talking on phone and online and no customers EMPTY ! And the lazy staff lost a customer and gets a large online post il sure he will find shortly ! Here goes the simple issue that him and his staff caused for them selfs a pair of skates to be sharpened with staff doing absolutely NOTHING on line surfing the web and on the phone speaking vile ! That is what the staff does ! I will be speaking to our teams to no longer use this unworthy place of business! Many other sports store bend over backwards to keep their customers . I guess when you hire quality staff this is the difference the owner needs a wake up call . To the owner do better !! The work is also mediocre at best to boot ! This is a small review I put here but the big one do a simple search ! I hope this helps many of you chose a place that appreciates you and your money !

We bought a children's road bike (Fuji) for our daughter from Tye. He is the most helpful person we have met in a shop!! He did a great service on the bike before we picked it up (my dad, who is a mechanics, checked it when picking up and was super pleased with the tune up). Tye also helped us packaging the bike up as we needed to take it on an airplane. Again he did a fabulous job in packaging it and made sure the bike was well protected. The bike arrived with us with no issues. Cannot recommend this place more!! Super happy with our first experience at this shop.

Absolutely great experience, came in here to get a ball glove for my son so he could start getting ready to play baseball. Super friendly staff, everyone was willing to help me find what i needed to get my boy started. Adrian specifically walked me through all the new things that go into baseball equipment these days and informed me perfectly. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get their kids into sports!
