It’s been a while since I’ve been to Pluckers, I almost forgot just how delicious everything is! Food, service and atmosphere was great. So clean in here I didn’t even notice we were seated next to the restrooms! Conveniently located near my hotel. Will be back again soon!

I felt like they were cooking me it was so hot inside at the bar at least 95+ degrees i was soaked and being an original client from when Mark and Dave started plukers outside the University gardens / garden gate apts so disappointed bar staff ignored my desire to pay 3 times 15 minutes had to ask hostess to get bill so I could get out of this inferno! On way out wad told AC was out. Wished I was told upon entering!

First let me start this review by saying I visit my local(Killeen) Pluckers so often they recognize us. My husband is a legacy member and his name is on the 2024 plaque at the Killeen store. This is to give you an idea of how much experience I have eating at Pluckers. That being said this visit was not enjoyable in the least. The first table they tried to sit us at almost tipped over when I put my hand on it. They then sat us in a booth that was broken where half the seat was dipped and I had to sit only on one side. Our waiter acted completely bored with us. He took our appetizer order of Holy Mac and then pretty much ignored us for the next 30 minutes. The Holy Mac when it arrived was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting there for awhile. We finally got to order our meals and again we were ignored until they came out. My daughters 50 piece buffalo bites were only half covered in sauce. My 5 piece garlic parmesan wings were barely warm. These folks could really use some training with the folks at the Killeen store in customer service and food preparation. It's sad because as a family we love eating at Pluckers but this experience left me disappointed.

Spent 53 dollars on a Togo order to get home and realize the dessert is missing. Immediately called the store and spoke with a team member who said “I’ve taken down your name and when you’re ready to redeem you can come back in store.” This is not the first time my Togo order has been botched by this location. If your staff is constantly is forgetting items in to go orders it is not the customers responsibility to document and prove who they spoke to for an order messed up on your behalf. Furthermore the staff needs a better system for tracking customer call backs for order issues in order to negate this issue in the future. Do better
