I enjoy most classes at this studio, particularly the introductory and basic classes which are excellent for beginners. However, the Friday basic/beginner hip hop class seems misclassified - it moves extremely fast with minimal explanation of fundamentals and quickly advances to difficult moves. When I mentioned this to reception, the response was disappointing - instead of acknowledging my feedback, they simply suggested my skill level was inadequate. If you're marketing classes as 'basic/beginner,' the content should match that description. I appreciate the quality instruction here and will continue attending other classes, but hope the studio can improve both their class descriptions and how reception handles customer feedback.
