I didn’t expect to love Popshelf as much as I did, but wow—what a gem! The store has such a fun and thoughtful selection of items, from home goods to little surprises I didn’t know I needed. But the real highlight of my visit was Reggie. He was incredibly helpful, warm, and made me feel right at home. It’s rare to walk into a store and feel genuinely welcomed, but that’s exactly what happened here. So glad Popshelf is in the neighborhood—I’ll definitely be back!

this is a fantastic store. clean, cute and quaint, with fair prices. the staff here is also EXCELLENT!! they are all very sweet, very kind, and are always genuine. they really do care about their customers, and with them, the atmosphere is calm, light, cozy, and very welcoming. they all seem to have made friends and family amongst each other, and that makes the store feel like going to a friend's house. it is truly the staff who makes a store a successful store, and the staff here is a monument to that. .. or that all WAS, until the new manager, Adrienne, arrived. i do not think that Adrienne’s management approach is a good fit for this store. the welcoming atmosphere has dramatically decreased, and the entire staff now appear incredibly tired, stressed, and tense. it's evident the moment you walk in, too: the air just seems off-kilter, and one look at the once bright and bubbly staff is a good indicator why.. but that isn't their fault. i do not write this review lightly. it PAINS ME to rate this store 3 stars, because of its core staff is INCREDIBLE, and because the store is indeed lovely and clean. but i, and any other customer, do not want to have the experience i described in any sort of store, much less one that was just a few weeks ago so much of a breath of fresh air and a JOY to frequent. but i must reduce it to a 3 star rating due to the dramatic decrease of comfort in the air, and it is undeniably due to the new management. the staff here is so wonderful, and i would hate to see anyone leave due to pressures and lost morale. i will continue to frequent this location PURELY for the staff. they are all so sweet, so friendly and kind, and are a genuine example of how the employees truly are the foundation to a successful store. (and before anyone thinks to dismiss my review on the suspicion that this was written with the help of chatGPT or any other generative AI service, they would be sorely mistaken.)

In a not-bad way, this store is a bit of “master of none”. It’s like a mix of 5 Below and the $3 section of Target. Cute party supplies, some cheap crafting stuff, single pens you can try out. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

I come to this location often because of the male manager and his staff. They are always welcoming and the manager is always super helpful and so nice! There was another manager lady there who I’m assuming is new and she was not as pleasant. Kudos to the staff and male manager on being the light there!
