I met with Heather Smith who cancelled our first meeting and that happen to pushed me out of the application deadline I will have to wait 6 months for the next round. She gave me the incorrect information on which room to meet her in and let me disrupt an entire class and instructor before pulling me out. She explained she knew she gave me wrong info. But never called and just let me go there anyway. After meeting with Heather for a short time she got up and advised me she would be right back. She returned with a advising business card and told me to get a job. Heather, with her middle finger, advised my family coach at DHS has no idea about PCC climb program and not to look there for resources. She didn't offer any information on adding credentials to become hirable or really any info on the program. I have never been left feeling so discouraged.

PCC Climb is the most unprofessional organization I have had the misfortune to encounter. Do not take a BLS or ACLS class at this institute. They pass people for any reason in the BLS program. Good luck getting into your ACLS class! When you arrive at climb there will be requirements that you were not told about during the registration process. I even called the night before to be sure. I was never told about the pretest. The check in clerk will insinuate that you are a liar and never called climb because you don't know the name of the person with whom you spoke. Thankfully there are other options for obtaining medical CME in this town. I will make sure everyone I come in contact with in medicine understands what this organization is like. Do not spend your time or money supporting PCC Climb

Went here for a job fair. The grounds were nice and clean and it was only a couple of blocks from the Orange Max line. The people working were helpful and cordial.
