Update 2(Jul '25): Tried the candy cane conundrum as a couple, and although we could not finish it in time, it was an absolute blast. The room design is stellar with lots of fun elements for everyone. There were lots of surprises in the design elements of the room and it can become a bit challenging for 2 adults to go back and forth between rooms, but with 3 or more players this room should be easily solvable within the allotted time. The puzzles themselves were not too difficult on an individual basis, but we lost our marbles by the final section. We also lost track of time by the end of it. The number of puzzles is apropos for the room and with 3-4 players or more it can be solved in very good times but for 2 players it can become a bit challenging. I loved the Elf theme, the care taken in all the room and puzzle design elements, the layout surprise at the final section which can bring out the kid in anyone. This is a great room for kids and for adults who would want to rediscover the kid within themselves. There were so many puzzles for everyone to try and have fun. In larger groups one can solve multiple puzzles in parallel at all times. 2-3 groups of puzzlers can solve simultaneously in most parts of this room. I would love to come back and try American Revolution next time. So far, really really pleased with both the Game of Stones and Candy Cane Conundrum rooms. Each room is so unique and stands out on its own. Kudos to the room designers and the moderators who enable a very smooth gameplay experience. Visited the Portland location for the first time. Tried the Game of Stones room with a few friends. Mitchel was a great host, very funny and helpful. Had a great time figuring out the room. The puzzles were well thought out and placed. There were multiple rooms and some puzzles were connected across rooms. The mechanism of a particular puzzle was absolutely fascinating. Another puzzle had a very good surprise reveal after it was solved. There weren't any red herrings that i noticed. There were many puzzles that were solvable in parallel, so all of us could have fun solving simultaneously. For 5 of us, this room was pretty enjoyable and it was completed within time, with little help. This should be solvable by lesser number of players as well. Had a stupendous time and would love to visit again and try out all the other rooms in both their locations. P.S: The host always reminds you that restrooms are available, before one starts a room.

We had an absolutely fantastic time! Our group of four (one adult and three teens) tackled one of the rooms, and from start to finish, the staff made the experience unforgettable. The game master stayed fully in character the entire time, which made the immersion feel real and fun. They offered just the right amount of hints—especially when a lock was being finicky—and always in a way that didn’t spoil the challenge. What really stood out was the customer service. After our game, they helped one member of our party book another escape room for that evening at the Beaverton Location. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. If you're looking for a place with creative rooms, a fun atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about your experience, look no further. We’ll definitely be back for more!

This was my first time at the Portland location for this escape room company. Jay is the absolute man—very kind and helpful host. We completed “Game of Stones 2”. I booked this room on a whim without high expectations and was pleasantly surprised by how fun and engaging it was. There’s some ups and downs with the props and room construction, but nothing that detracted from our experience in any significant way. This is a very solid room for new or small groups. We completed this with 3 people and it felt about right. Will definitely come back to try out the other rooms!
