is this a Taylor Swift ticket queue or a tennis court? reservations open 3 days in advance at 9:30am. for the second day in a row i watched the second hand on the clock and tried to reserve a court the split second it hit 9:30. by the time the next prompt appeared, literally every single court was booked, including the one i had just “confirmed”. i understand it’s competitive, but if it’s this difficult to book a court on a Wednesday, the system is flawed and needs to be updated to make it more accessible for everyone! website is also super buggy and signs you out every 10 minutes.

I come here around 3 to 4 times a week. Great place to play tennis, wish it were even larger!

Botters have taken over the reservation site; every timeslot is booked less than a second after being posted. Mgmt either uninterested or unable to address the problem

It's a great place but man it is so hard to book a court, class, lesson. That's why it gets 3 stars.

This is a nice facility with a large variety of group activities for most skill levels and interests. They do a great job of accommodating the large number of players, especially over the busy winter months. All the staff have been very friendly, helpful and supportive each time I have used the facility over the past 4 months. The same can be said for the professionals. Hannah in particular has shown to be one of the best pros on the staff. She is knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, kind, supportive, enthusiastic and even flexible in her teaching methodologies. She will go the extra mile to help you reach your goal(s) and support you as best she can.
