When asked to turn it down a little so we can work was told by the tender to "f--k off" and that they didn't care and didn't care if reported to the police or Gresham code compliance. Not a business the community needs or wants. Also the displacement of the cars is apsolutely everywhere. Have had to have several cars towed from the property.

This place is located in the middle of a bunch of apartment complexes. They play music loud enough to be heard over tvs in residents homes. The management refuses to turn down the music, which starts early in the morning. This is a terrible location for this business and management has no respect for the neighborhood. Tells people if they don't like the noise they shouldn't have moved here. I really hope the bar buys them out as they actually treat others with respect. Nobody here pays over $1100 in rent to listen to the volleyball courts music in their own home.

This has changed owners the past couple years but the current ones and put some work into it and it is a lot better/cuter then it used to be. The sand can still get dirty with rocks and sticks but its surrounded by trees so that's not surprising and it's still fine to play in. There is league play Tuesday and Thursday and Wednesday evening they have practices there but Fridays are typically slow and the weekends. The owners work with coaches too if you are interested in and are super helpful if you have questions. The bar and papusery is pretty cool too. We get margaritas and food while we play.
