I like this park. Always have. It's been a few years since I've been there. I remember the grass being super green. Not so much anymore. We used to play basketball in the rec. I noticed that the upkeep of the park and the recreation area and the baseball diamond isn't really that good. Sad! Such a historical place.

It's great for photoshoots or just visiting with friends and family. Old Town is just down the hill which offers shopping and dining options. If you're visiting from out of town it's near Hotel Circle, between downtown and beach areas.
