She answered every question with patience and clarity, and worked closely with us to make sure our contract and event details were spot-on. She even helped secure a generous spa donation for our raffle, which added a fun and memorable touch for our players. Francesca and the reservations team made coordinating hotel rooms smooth and stress-free. With a large group and plenty of last-minute changes, we were so grateful for her organization, professionalism, and flexibility. Many of our players stayed at the resort and were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, attentiveness of the staff, and the privacy. And during the event itself, Tim and the catering staff were exceptional. Everything ran like clockwork, and any request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. Very nice resort for a quick qet away to celebrate my birthday. Parking was covered and secure, check in was quick, room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was very friendly. All amenities were very good and there were so many options in the casino for our gaming choices. I especially liked the pool areas. I also liked how quiet our room was as it was set back from the hallway so foot traffic could not be heard and we had a pool side view.

I highly recommend the Talking Stick Resort. The service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and quiet. The resort plays a "white noise" all the time so that you do not hear all the activities that is happening. Room service food is i think better than some of the restaurants on site. Just an awesome place.

I can't help but compare my stay here with my last few in Vegas, and how much better of an experience I had during our stay here. It was my first time staying at the hotel and everything was so much more affordable and better served. Plenty of food options on site and affordable room service, also a delicious steak house on top of the hotel with great views of the valley. The chef even sent out a special dessert for our anniversary. The casino also offers veterans $15 dollars a month in free play, every month. I highly recommend this place.

Talking Stick resort is a beautiful oasis in the arid Desert of Arizona. There is something here for everyone. From gambling, pools, restaurants, clubs, salons and spas, and so much more. This casino is very clean. Especially for the volume of guests this gem out shines Vegas casinos. It is very modern and not dated like the casinos in Vegas. The restroom throughout the casino were pristine and well stocked. There were lots of little outside seating areas for smoking. One of the best things about this casino is you do not smell cigarette smoke, but you can smell all the wonderful restaurants as you walk by. There are several pools that are beautiful with seating inside the pool and lounge chairs. Splash pad for younger children. The pools were my familys favorite part. It was not overcrowded and plenty of pools to choose from. I cannot wait to return. This is a highly recommended location. Please excuse my daughters excitement and dancing on the LED stairs.
