It's small businesses like this that prove in person shopping has its benefits - each experience at pro photo has been nothing short of amazing. I'm a new photographer, and getting into the hobby had some mental blocks surrounding a community I didn't understand. The folks at Pro Photo make me feel like I've been here all along, and it gives me the confidence to lean in and learn more. From getting film developed, to understanding all the details of lenses and accessories, it's been great to have a spot I can come in and not feel pressured to be an expert. Thank you to Nick and the crew at Pro Photo, for making me feel so welcomed. This lens filter rocks.

I used to go here for professional gear, bought a d700 new, plenty of new and used glass, since studio gear etc. to get me started 25+ years ago. Entering the store with my 70 year old mother whom I was visiting, we were greeted by a loud, cussing conversation about a last night drunk adventure of one of the clerks. Only once they were done theatrically telling their story was I acknowledged. I told them I drove 3hrs (from where I now live) to buy a specific lens listed in their used gear online page (but wanted to check it out first). They offer me a decent trade in value on my current lenses, but the clerk looks at the used lens case, says they don't actually have the lens without as much as an apology or looking for where the lens could be. He could honestly care less about it. Only proven because two weeks after I had that happen, they still have the lens in question "for sale" on their online store so either they DO have the lens, or they never update the website even after customers come in for it. I got to drive home 3 hrs empty handed. They lost me as a dedicated customer after that. Sad to say you should just shop online (elsewhere) and actually get what you are shopping for.

We had the best experience walking into this Pro Photo Supply on Monday with the intent to test out a camera before purchasing and Dan was absolutely wonderful! The team is so helpful and kind and we truly had the best experience and felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. We absolutely recommend Pro Photo Supply!

Came in for the first time with a simple question about my point & shoot film camera and was directed to talk to their "film guy in the beret" (sorry I didn't catch his name). He was so lovely & genuine when talking to me about my camera. I was definitely nervous coming into such a store as a novice and knew my question was kinda silly but he put all my nerves at ease & made me feel welcome!

Pro Photo Supply is hands down the best digital camera store I have been to - ever. I came in with a need for a new camera and a very tight turnaround, and Dann went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with what I needed. He even went so far as to make sure I got the best price possible - at that point I would've paid an arm and a leg to get the camera in the timeframe I needed, but they were determined to make sure I didn't have to. I could go on and on, but I cannot efficiently put into words how highly I would recommend Pro Photo Supply and my guy Dann. Go here for all your needs, skip the other shops, Pro Photo Supply is absolutely the best there is. Thank you guys so much for bending over backwards for me and every customer that walks through that door.
