Brandon is an exceptional physical therapist! He takes the time to do a thorough assessment to find the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. I truly appreciate how he teaches fundamental movement patterns and has helped me understand that movement really is medicine. He’s incredibly patient, answers every question in detail, and explains each exercise step-by-step. After months of trial and error with multiple other doctors and PTs, I’m finally seeing my sciatica symptoms improve — all thanks to his expertise and guidance

Before working with Brandon at Project Performance, I was dealing with nagging IT Band syndrome that made training uncomfortable. From the start, it was clear that he genuinely cared and put a lot of time and thought into personalizing my rehab plan. He didn’t just focus on the IT band itself — we worked on mobility, strength, plyometrics, and even table work like muscle scraping and cupping. Since working together, my IT band pain has improved significantly, and I’ve also noticed a big difference in my glute strength and size. Brandon consistently went above and beyond — there were multiple sessions where he had me stay 15–20 minutes past the scheduled time to work on things I personally wanted to improve, like my running form and movement quality. If you’re on the fence about working with him, I can confidently say it’s worth it. Whether you're dealing with a stubborn injury or just want to move better and train smarter, this is the place to go.

If you’re looking for a qualified physical therapy experience, please go to Project Performance! In late December I twisted my ankle, and tried resting and limited movement to heal. When I started incorporating my old routines again, I was more hesitant to do movements because of the nagging pain. Landing when rock climbing or attempting certain yoga poses felt very unstable and painful. Brandon and his clinic were so great in getting me back into what I love without pain. The facility itself is very clean and open, with various equipment based on the client’s needs. Brandon and his team are very professional and personable. They are always smiling and approachable when you walk in, which makes it a comfortable atmosphere. The unique factor to Project performance, though, is that the therapy is individualized and undivided attention for the hour time slot. The team ensures that you’re doing exercises correctly, and that focused attention helps keep accountability. Brandon was very thorough during the evaluation asking for very specific details to better cater the plan to my needs and goals. The initial plan actually caused more pain, but Brandon reevaluated and quickly changed and altered the exercises based on my stage of injury. Brandon is very knowledgeable in the field, but also flexible to curate the plan for the best results. He’s also very realistic in expectations, goals, and timelines for the healing journey. In 2 months I’ve noticed an immense difference in my discomfort level when doing the same yoga poses or activities that caused me pain before. I look forward to continuing working with Project performance, and highly recommend Brandon and his team for your physical therapy needs!

I am an elementary school speech therapist, which is a (surprisingly) athletic job. I began having knee issues, which made it really challenging to keep up with my students with significant active needs. My friend recommended Brandon at Project Performance, and I am so so thankful that she did because Brandon has genuinely made my life so much better. He's a kind, genuine human who is so knowledgeable and takes the time to problem-solve and really figure out what's actually wrong, and how best to fix it. I've been in PT before, and I have worked alongside PTs in my work as a speech therapist (I used to work in rehab too!), and I can say with full confidence that Brandon and all the staff at Project Performance are passionate, brilliant professionals. If you're hesitant, go for it. It is worth every single penny. Since this school year started, I've been able to keep up with even my most bouncy students. And thats after just this summer's work with Brandon. I cant recommend this place enough!

When I started with Brandon, I was dealing with a prior injury that left me with constant discomfort and back pain from lifting or spending long periods sitting or standing. My posture had started to suffer, squats and deadlifts were always uncomfortable, and my hips would click while my back stayed sore and tight. Now, I’m lifting pain-free, my posture’s improving, and I can sit or stand much longer before any discomfort sets in. Brandon’s incredibly attentive—he always adjusts my plan when something new comes up and has even stayed late to help me work on extra things. If you’re thinking about working with him, do it. He genuinely cares, and it shows in the results.

One particularly valuable offering is their Performance and Injury Screenings, which assess how your body moves and identify any dysfunctions that could lead to injury if left unaddressed. Such sessions provide a great group activity because friends can each learn about their biomechanical strengths and weaknesses, fostering deeper discussions on health and fitness. After screenings, participants can receive targeted therapy plans, incorporating stretching, strengthening, and mobility programs designed uniquely for each individual’s needs. Additionally, Project Performance’s use of advanced tools, including apps for tracking at-home exercises, means friends can keep each other accountable outside the clinic. Group members might coordinate their therapy schedules to share progress tips and stay motivated together throughout their recovery or conditioning journeys.
