Nice and organized Publix. All staff were nice except this lady “Caroline”. She screamed at us that the lane is closed, to go to the next one. As items were being scanned her attitude was extremely bad trying to give “mean girl” and she was throwing all of our items to guy bagging. Our cart was small and the transaction was quick and simple so I don’t get the hostility other than someone really hating their job.

Absolutely do not go to the deli. The employees gave me so much attitude despite me being patient with them. I ordered the summer special which comes with bacon that needs to be toasted and the employee clearly didn't even toast it serving me uncooked bacon. She clearly was distracted and complaining about the attitude of other customers and for some reason gave me so much attitude the whole time.

There's a store manager(Eves) that's working here right now currently who is probably of the Haitian descent I would think or the Caribbean decent, which I have nothing against cuz I'm also mixed but the purpose of this review is that he on purpose caused me discomfort and embarrassment in front of the whole store because of him not wanting me to have the benefit of the clearance I'm taking down purposely to sign for the discounted food so that when I got to the checkout it was more than it had been just two days before and it's on a clearance rack? He is a nuisance to this community cuz he has given no value to people who have disabilities or are unable to pay a full price of a meal just because he finds us of less value. Three days before the grocery item was $1 And he then tried to argue with me It was not that price But your cooperation has a printed sign on shelf item. He actually removed the clearance $1 sign and today told me verbally first it was a dollar And waiting for me to check out( was actually following me through the store and met me at register) to completely humiliate me in front of everyone by yelling that's $6.99 ( which is it's original price before sale) in front of the whole store( crowded atmosphere)???? I will not be patronizing your store anymore.
