The hotel experience was great. It did the job. The service at the beach was fantastic and all the people there were lovely. The beach is right outside the hotel and you can get beds as well as a cover for the bed which is great. The pool was not as pleasant. The water would get dirty quickly and it was quite crowded compared to the beach. Another plus is the fact they provide complimentary aloe vera and suncream which I found to be a huge plus. Our rooms were fine. They were nothing special. Room service would be hit or miss and we frequently would run out of soaps and have to ask for replacements. The towels were not the comfiest. We did like that the air purifier was in effect, it made a difference to the room. The shower was great but the pressure for the hand-held shower head was non-existent. They also do not provide toothpaste/brushes - only cotton buds. The gym equipment is really good, however, it is an intimate space. Quite small. The food at the hotel is great and definitely recommend, even for vegans. Service is fabulous. The location of the hotel has its benefits. On the plus side, you are in a relatively quiet area of Miami Beach. On the down side, you are far away from everything else... We rented a car during our stay and were shocked there was no parking nearby for longer than 4 hours. Valet at the hotel is $50 per day as a flat fee.

The hotel was beautiful from the lobby to pool area! The rooms were also nice, but quite small. And, there was no window to open for fresh air. The hotel does aim to be eco-friendly by having air purification in the rooms and trying to conserve towel usage, which is great. The employees were very nice and welcoming at valet, to concierge, and room service. The hotel is literally right next to the beach! There are some places to eat and shop nearby, but require some walking.

The hotel is beautiful, clean with every amenity thoughtfully available. The pool and beach lounge areas are superb. The location is central, quiet and splendid. What sets this hotel apart, and took it from a 9/10 to a 10000/10 was the PEOPLE. Every member of the staff elevated our stay, from the front door to the beach. Every word was kind, they went above and beyond to be helpful, warm and friendly. Jorge by the pool gently explaining to children at the pool why it’s not safe to swim during thunderstorms, Michael and Valentino on the beach setting up our beach chairs every day. Andrea whipping up incredible cocktails with a smile and unmatched energy. The people made this place, and I will anxiously await the next time I will be so lucky to return just so I can be in their presence and soak in the good vibes they put out to the world. Wishing everyone at the Palms a fabulous rest of their year. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and relaxing. A special shoutout to Moises, who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were always well taken care of—his attentiveness and warmth made a big difference in our stay. The beach access was incredible—beautiful, clean, and noticeably less crowded than other nearby spots, which made it feel like our own little paradise. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. 10/10 would highly recommend The Palms Hotel. We’ll definitely be back!

I chose this hotel based on its high rating, so I was expecting a better overall experience. While the staff was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and helpful — I found other aspects of the stay disappointing. The rooms felt quite outdated, the bathroom and shower were very small and in need of renovation, and the pool area wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. With a few improvements, this hotel could truly live up to its potential.
