Someone took a concrete cube and filled it with smaller wooden cubes. Monthly rental gets you access to either a 10x10 or a 14x14 space. For a lot of bands just starting to get into practice that don't have a home space to use, it's fine. As the band does more, it is easy to outgrow the space. Parking here is minimal and honestly one of the biggest dings against it. There are lots surrounding it that are blocked off, but the open lot can only hold maybe 10 cars. The building is not temperature controlled, which is fine in the winter since enough bodies in a small space will heat it as well, but can be real rough in the summer months. There is no soundproofing, so if you are hoping to record here, you better find time when others aren't around. At least the building is 24/7 access. Overall, the place is fine, the price is reflective of what you get. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible either.

Great studios, secure and clean. Bathrooms, vending machine and excellent management. Been there going on four years. Couldn't be happier

This place is pretty reasonably priced. I appreciate the 24 hours aspect to this. Not much to really say other than parking sucks sometimes.

It's the place to go for great rehearsal rooms. Killingsworth location is new and the rooms are great. They have a size room to suit every need

Walls are thin so I can always hear guitarists spending too long trying to nail their solos but other than that, solid
