I have gone to MANY gyms in the metro area but this gym is hands down one of the best! The trainers are AMAZING! Shout to Kara who kicks my ass in every workout! I’ve never felt better! The owner Marty, also one of the trainers, is such a great guy and cares about every one of his gym members and his trainers. Everyone here including the gym members are welcoming and motivating, you’re treated like a friend the second you walk in! 🥰 And it’s affordable, they don’t lock you into anything they truly care about your goals here!
