Homeless people hang out under the trees. Coyotes cruise through it at night so keep dogs on leash. The grass is well maintained. Playground is good.

Has a dip or steep ingrade so the street does not show you , but you the cars are not hidden. A few side parralel parking on the East and Western side , is longer than say wide , two benches. There is a play ground , thought never have seen kids there playing. is usually quiet . Spent some time there , usually a good blanket kinda park maybe a picnic , large enough to play base ball in. Only problem is it's got trash backed up an a unlockable openings with stuff backed up from years ago , Park City rangers do not clean it as on the itenda , and never been cleaned in years. Grass always green there.
