I enjoyed my time and I got a nice manicure! I wish there were options to get nail art on natural nails when reserving an appointment. I had to get an extra artist to put on some flowers and it felt like I was being a bit of a bother. Frankie and Benson did an incredible job with my complicated nail design request. Frankie was extremely detail oriented in completing the design. He took his time until creating a perfect look, which i really appreciated compared to other places that might rush or do less excellent work. My request wasn’t easy and i am extremely happy with the results. This might be my favorite set yet!

I have been coming to this place since I moved To the area January 2025. By my second visit, I THOUGHT I found a nail tech that I felt like Comfortable with to do the type of artistic nail designs that I prefer. During my last three visits He has complained about how long my nails are, how long it takes for them to do, and his effort In the designs I ask for has become lower and lower with every revisit. Laziness in your profession/craft tells me you probably shouldn’t be doing this and if you don’t care, then I don’t care as consumer (No TIP) . If you look on the picture posted by Queen nails, I am the person with the red and black nails that look like flames. After getting them done on Friday, two of them broke by Monday (please compare them to the pictures i posted and tell me if you can find where he fixed the nails). Usually, I get my nails replaced for free within a week. He charged me $10 to redo my nails, when it’s been less than a week and still complained about it. They also don’t look as good as my other nails. You can tell he rushed fixing the two even when I had an appointment. Safe to say this will be the last time spending my money with this establishment, but I kinda always get this treatment when I go to Asian owned nail salons and I’m honestly tired of it. Asian people need to get over them themselves and their biases. They also need to realize that Black women nails are a part of OUR culture just like walking into an Asian person house and not removing your shoes or bringing a gift. Regardless if they’re short or long and if I am willing to pay for what I want, what is the problem? Honestly???? Because it’s either you’re lazy and perhaps need to go get you a different career or you’re just racist.
