They're all sweet and kind there. I really wanted a callus remover but I still have calluses. I don't recommend getting that unless you have a good nail tech that knows how to do it correctly. They're very attentive with your nails. My hand and arm massage was a lot better than my foot massage. I love how my colors came out. The water could be a lot hotter. When I put my feet in, it was room temperature.

I was visiting from Elko, NV and called Queen Nails to ask if they offered French tip dip manicures. The person who answered assured me they did, so I headed over within five minutes. Upon arrival, I showed the technician a picture of my previous nails, and she confirmed she could replicate the dip French style. Unfortunately, what I received was not what I had requested. The service did not match what was promised over the phone, and the result was disappointing. I expected more attention to detail and clear communication about what could be done. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending this salon.

I am a new SLC resident and searched reviews and found that Queen nails had several positive comments. I just got done with my dip powder full set by Tina - superb job! I tend to have trouble at new places because my skin is so thin. I get cut a lot at new places. Not here! Loved it and will return next time!

Went in after booking a mani/pedi. The check in process went smooth. During pedicure I asked him to scrub my heels a bit more. He got up and came back, put some stuff on my feet. That was a 7.00 up charge I wasn’t informed about. I asked for polish and was encouraged gel. Got the polish. Sat down for my mani. It was very clear I got “the new girl”. I needed one nail applied (5.00) and then was talked into the gel polish. I also was specific in telling her I did NOT want square nails. No problem, until it was. She filed all my nails down to short nails and squared them. I asked for a black French tip. When I got home and could inspect the nails… The fake that I had applied was extra long, round and the line was off. On the other hand, my ring finger was very lumpy and bumpy. I went back the next day and had the Queen B fix it. She filed both nails with the drill (cringe) and when I pointed out that they didn’t look right she slapped the paint on and sent me out the door…. With all her lack of professionalism. I paid good money for my nails. This was a treat from my husband. I won’t ever go back. Ever.
