This store sells a mixture of unworn(tag on) cloths and worn clothes. They make sure you are aware there are no returns, which is fine. Within 1 hour of my purchase i changed my mind on two items i bought, then turned around and went back to see if they would purchase the clothes back, they buy and sell, i was fully ok knowing that they don’t do returns. However, they offered me 1/4 of what i paid for brand new (tag on) unworn clothes that left the store for an hour. Even 50% would have been respectable. In their defense they said they could go to 50% if i took store credit. Otherwise, they had no wiggle room. I get that they have general guidelines but under the circumstances that the clothes weren’t used, they both had tags, clothes left the store for an hour, could have gone right back on the shelf, and i definitely wasn’t looking for a refund. There could have been some wiggle room, long time customer lost here.

Just letting you know this place steals! Me and my boyfriend came in with two bags of Aerie, Urban, Ralph Lauren, Free People, all washed and folded. They weren’t ready until 2 hours later and they gave the bags back to me w all the clothes completely thrown around and shoved back in. and offered me about $20 for three things. I wasn’t even pressed about them wasting my time until i got home and realized they actually liked a lot more than what they paid me for! Over 10 of my brand name items were swapped and replaced with used worn stained t shirts and worthless hats. I hope whoever stole my clothes finally has a cute outfit

Thrift stores wonder why business is bad even when the economy sucks, yet they pass on quality items while marking up mediocre stuff exponentially. Remember when this place had two locations? No need to wonder why it doesn’t now. Also no need to wonder about the 3.8 on Google…

When it comes to selling with them, it is very hard. They want high quality clothes for less money. I would bring in brand new products with decent quality and they will pass up on it. Any tiny details regardless if it's used or new they are very strict on the quality to get very little back. The vibe is also but they act like they are new clothing in a high end store.
