Very knowledgeable about everything. James and Artie installed it to perfection, and the install was seamless. Arrived on time, worked with us while we were at work, and very knowledgeable. Rainbow is amazing. Our family found a great Black Friday deal on a playset and a trampoline by talking to April in the store. She was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions and helped us pick the best set for our family. The delivery and installation were fantastic. Artie and Colin arrived on time, they were respectful and communicative and made sure to unload the truck in the right spot. They were also patient with me while I made last minute adjustments to the placement on site. Really great guys. Artie and Colin made the long trip from Raleigh to Camden County, and put this thing together in a little over 2.5 hours. Quality work at that! They made sure everything was placed where we preferred, and did whatever groundwork necessary to ensure the deck was level. Very professional and extremely nice guys to chat with. The playset was ordered by my wife's Aunt, and all we were hoping for was it would be installed before Christmas. Just so happened there was a cancellation for today (Monday), and Rainbow of Eastern Carolina reached out to my wife Sunday evening. We confirmed availability, and it really worked out as it was able to be done before my son's birthday this Saturday. We are stoked to say the least! We will definitely be recommending you guys to our parent friends, but I think the playset speaks for itself upon being seen. A special thanks to Artie and Colin from Rainbow of Eastern Carolina.
