My husband and I came in today to do an exchange but they didn’t have the size we needed but the manager Ryan was able to find the size we needed and he shipped it to our house! Great customer service! He was very outgoing and fun to talk with! It’s refreshing to see someone who actually likes working in retail and enjoys talking to customers because the majority of retail workers seem like they don’t want to be bothered and hate their jobs

I was charged for an extra shirt. The customer before me had it sitting on the counter, left to get something else and the cashier didn’t clear it from the register before keying in mine. Yes, I should have paid more attention and checked receipt, and that is on me. So, the company got an extra $40 from me. However, cashier should have also noticed it when only 3 items went into the bag and 4 were charged. That would be great customer service, but that is hard to find these days.

Haven’t been to this store since it was the M-Den and wow what a change! The store is so full and has so many more choices for Michigan clothing! I was super impressed with the customer service from the manager Ryan! He was super friendly, had such a sweet nature about him (he was so nice to my little girl!) and he was very knowledgeable! I struggled to find a size I needed and he had it shipped to my house for free!!! The mall in general is getting so much better but I’ll definitely be coming back to see Ryan and shop at this rally house!! Great job on the new store!

I was pretty much the only one in the store, and the two sales clerks were in the process of putting out merchandise. However, neither of them came up to me and asked me if they could help me with something or find a size or anything. I had to go to them to see if they could use their big pole to get my size because it was on the top near the ceiling. I ended up buying but it would’ve been nice if they had asked if they could help me.
