For reference, it was about 1/4 of a serving. Like if I bought a block of tofu from the store and portioned it out into 4 servings, it was about 1/4 of one serving. In comparison, my partner got one of the ramens with pork and received a generous portion of protein. Tofu is generally cheaper than meat, so why be stingy? Luckily, I had some leftover tofu in the fridge that I could add to my meal, but it's still a bummer to buy a restaurant meal and then have to add your own ingredients so that it's substantial enough to be filling. Bottom line: The flavor of the vegetarian ramen is EXCELLENT, but it REALLY needs more tofu and an egg. Vegetarians need protein too!
