As someone that's been going here for over a year, this place is going downhill. Upon my arrival to pick up my online order, I was given the hot appetizers and was told that my pizza would be out soon. After waiting over an hour with still the appetizer in my hand which became cold, the rest of my order finally came out. I talked with I'm assuming the Manager about the wait and that my hot appetizer was cold, and I had it for over an hour before the pizza came out. Instead of offering the food be warmed up, new batch, or a refund. I was offered to stay another hour to wait for the hot appetizer to come out. And then my biggest mistake was not looking at the pizzas before I left the building. The photos attached are enough said. It's one thing to be so busy that you cannot reheat the food but another to blatantly give a customer the most embarrassing looking pizza ever. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever again, I love to shop local, but this was beyond unacceptable. Also, I paid over $40 for two personalized pizzas and mozzarella sticks when the quality was well under $20 with the experience included

Randy’s Pizza is it true New York style. Born and raised in New York, I’ve seen so many places not do justice. It seems like Randy’s knows exactly what it means to serve quality New York style pizza. The slices are big enough to fold. The topping options are commendable. We tried the lasagna pizza and it did not disappoint with the ricotta and the authentic meat.

Monday 3p- I’ve been a fan of any Randy’s location, but this is the first time I’ve encountered a bad experience. Maybe just location specific. I noted the hand written sign on the door to please be kind to those that showed up to work today. Got it. Walked in. No customers, but an off time. Stood at the counter for a bit before a young girl with AirPods in her ears came out and looked shocked to see me. She spoke in Spanish to the guy hiding behind the boxes at the counter where I stood and she walked away saying nothing to me. He put his phone away and backed up to where I could see him. I asked if they had any slices and took two of them. Then a young different girl comes out from the back and takes my order all over again to pay. That went fine. Then two more older speaking Spanish gentlemen came out front from the back on their phones watching videos of recent events and chatting about it in Spanish while the food heated. At least 5 staff and no one even noticed I walked in, no one looked like they wanted to work, and they seemed annoyed at my presence preferring to watch videos on their phones. Pretty disappointing for a place I liked. Even more disappointing considering the sign on the door. Worst part was after all of that, the pizza went downhill and likely old and shouldn’t have been sold. Knots were amazing though as usual!
