Not that the people are all that bad. But the experience wasnt good at all, i didnt even get therapy, I had to do 3 intake appointments. Which seems so unreasonable. I have been trying to get therapy and help for a few years now and everytime i reach out to them they do this to me.

Was told it would be 2 weeks for a therapist to begin my treatment. After two weeks passed I called twice and was told someone would call me. No on ever called me back. Find it very concerning a place that works with such a vulnerable population can’t even call clients back.
Jocey Monzingo
They have left me high and dry and have not fulfilled any of their promises of support. I have been left with a $600 bill they promised to cover but wont take my calls or follow up with me. After everything else it feels like such a low blow to have the people you confided in stone wall you. I have called and left many messages, the rep that met me at the hospital (Leah) has never spoken with me again and never takes my calls. Every time I follow up on my case or ask for the resources promised to me, I get no information or support. I am incredibly frustrated and trying to be respectful but no one seems to care to reciprocate that treatment. After everything Ive been through it’s disheartening and depressing, I knew it was too good to be true.

This place helped me so much and in so many ways. Even before I got there I was helped over the phone with tools to help me calm down. They gave me so much support and a huge variety of tools to help cope with my trauma. They also helped me feel like I wasn’t alone in a time I needed it most.

The people here really do everything they can. I wish everyone I know could take the 40 hour RRC training, it's absolutely invaluable. The presenters are top notch.
